PRIMARY SERVICES

 

Vehicle Delivery

 

  • It is the operation of delivering the vehicle leased to the customer by the fleet to the customer when the contract will begin.
  • Checking official documents before vehicle delivery
  • Determining the current status of the vehicle with the question/answer method
  • Delivery appointment scheduling
  • Preliminary status check one hour before delivery at the location of the vehicle
  • Photographing and delivery of the vehicle after the current situation determination
  • If the vehicle will be delivered from the CertificateCAR parking lot, external washing is done
  • Plate mounting upon request
  • Preparation of new vehicles in the SertificCAR car park upon request
  • Giving information about the cabinet processing through the post-delivery system

 

Vehicle Pickup

 

  • It is the operation of receiving the vehicle from the customer.
  • External washing is done when necessary
  • The current status of the vehicle is determined by the question/answer method.
  • Vehicle photographed after current due diligence
  • Fault detection is done without using a special detection device within the scope of questions.
  • Current status is reported
  • A recourse account is made for the deficiencies detected and photographed.
  • Paint thickness measurement of different parts of the vehicle is made for Historical Damage Determination.
  • Assembly line compatibility check of parts is performed (Past Damage Detection)
  • In line with the measured paint value, more detailed paint/repair trace control is performed on the different parts.
  • Detailed sales photography is done
  • Parking service is provided for vehicles whose processes are completed.
